1. Realization agreement
1.1 An agreement is concluded as follows: you place your order for one or more articles via this website. You will then see an invoice on this website, in which you get 4 options:
1: Transfer money in advance
2. Payment with Ideal
3. Payment with PayPal
4: Pay cash on collection (You must make an appointment to collect it on collection) (no shop premises) For our Belgian and German customers it is also possible to pay with: Bank contact / Sofort.
2. Products and prices
2.1 All prices quoted are in euros, VAT is not calculated i.v, m. margin regulation on 2nd hand goods.
2.2 Consumers under the age of 16 are expected to request permission from parents, guardians or supervising guardians.
2.3 Quotations and offers from the seller are without obligation and can only be accepted without deviation (s). A quotation, offer is deemed to have been rejected if it has not been accepted within the number of days stated in the quotation, unless otherwise determined by the seller.
2.4 Agreements between the customer and seller can be entered into orally and electronically. The customer can only derive rights from the
agreement if the seller has been sent an electronic confirmation.
3. Payment method and Shipping
3.1 The payment must be made via bank transfer or Ideal or Paypal upon shipment or cash upon pick up. On the website you will see the account number, the Ideal payment option or the telephone number to contact in order to be able to pick up. For our Belgian and German customers it is also possible to pay with Bank contact / Sofort.
3.2 If a product is not in stock, you will receive a timely message with your confirmation.
4. Liability
4.1 The shipping of the articles goes through PostNL

If this is not possible, the amount already paid by the buyer will be received.

1. Totstandkoming overeenkomst
1.1 Een overeenkomst komt als volgt tot stand: u plaatst uw bestelling van één of meer artikelen via deze website. U krijgt dan een factuur te zien op deze website, hierin krijgt u 4 opties:
1: Geld vooraf overmaken
2. Betaling met Ideal
3. Betaling met PayPal
4: Contant betalen bij afhalen (Bij afhalen dient u een afspraak te maken om het op te halen. (geen winkelpand) Voor onze Belgische en Duitse klanten is er ook de mogelijk om met: Bank contact / Sofort te betalen.
2. Producten en prijzen
2.1 Alle aangegeven prijzen zijn in euro`s , BTW wordt niet berekend i.v,m. margeregeling op 2e hands goederen.
2.2 Consumenten onder de 16 jaar, worden geacht toestemming te vragen aan ouders, voogd of toeziend voogd.
2.3 Offertes en aanbiedingen van verkoper zijn vrijblijvend en kunnen slechts zonder afwijking(en) worden aanvaard. Een offerte, aanbieding wordt geacht te zijn verworpen indien deze niet binnen de in de offerte vermeldde aantal dagen is aanvaard, tenzij anders is bepaald door verkoper.
2.4 Overeenkomsten tussen de klant en verkoper kunnen zowel mondeling als elektronisch worden aangegaan. De klant kan slechts rechten ontlenen aan de
overeenkomst, indien verkoper er een elektronische bevestiging is verstuurd.
3. Betalingswijze en Verzending
3.1 De betaling dient te geschieden via overschrijving of Ideal of Paypal bij verzending of contant bij afhalen. Op de website krijgt u het rekening nummer te zien, de Ideal betaalmogelijkheid of het telefoon nummer om contact op te nemen om af te kunnen halen Voor onze Belgische en Duitse klanten is er ook de mogelijk om met Bank contact / Sofort te betalen.
3.2 Mocht een product niet voorradig zijn, dan krijgt u tijdig bericht bij uw bevestiging.
4. Aansprakelijkheid
4.1 De verzending van de artikelen gaat via PostNL
4.2 Verkoper is niet aansprakelijk voor schade van welke aard dan ook, die ontstaat doordat of nadat de klant het geleverde in gebruik heeft genomen, heeft bewerkt of verwerkt, aan derden heeft geleverd of beschikbaar gesteld.
4.3 Daarnaast zal verkoper er alles aan doen om voor een correcte inhoud van de website te zorgen. Echter, voor kennelijke zet- en typfouten zijn wij niet verantwoordelijk. Wij maken zelf foto’s van de items, dat betekend dat je daadwerkelijk het item krijgt van de foto’s Voor losse carts en consoles kunnen we gebruik maken van stock foto’s. Bij een afwijking zullen we altijd nieuwe foto’s maken.
5. Privacy statement
5.1 Uw gegevens worden strikt persoonlijk behandeld. Uw gegevens zullen nooit beschikbaar gesteld of verkocht worden aan derden.
6. Garantie
6.1 Koper is alleen gerechtigd om binnen veertien (14) dagen na feitelijke levering de artikelen, in oorspronkelijke staat en na overleg met verkoper, te retourneren. De verzendkosten van de retourzending zijn voor rekening van koper. Mochten er defecten / problemen zijn met de geleverde artikelen, zullen de verzendkosten voor de verkoper zijn, en de artikelen worden vervangen, indien dit niet mogelijk is zal het door de koper het reeds betaalde bedrag binnen
zeven dagen na feitelijke retour inname van de artikelen door verkoper, terug gestort worden op de bank- of girorekening van koper. Na de periode van veertien dagen kan koper zijn of haar aankoop niet meer retourneren Verkoper is niet aansprakelijk voor enige schade, die koper later dan 7 kalenderdagen na ontdekking van die schade schriftelijk aan verkoper heeft kenbaar gemaakt. Let op dat gesealde spellen niet geopend mogen worden! Deze worden verkocht als verzamelitem. Het is koper niet toegestaan enige vermeende vordering tot schadevergoeding te compenseren met enig bedrag dat koper aan verkoper verschuldigd is uit hoofde van enige overeenkomst tussen koper en verkoper.

8. Toepasselijk recht.
8.1 Op alle overeenkomsten die gesloten zijn met de verkoper is het Nederlands recht van toepassing.
